The most recent update refers to changes and notices from the Settlement Facility for the Dow Corning Trust (“SF-DCT”) Claims Administrator, one of which indicates that the SF-DCT will no longer review Option 2 claims and Atypical Connective Tissue Disease Discretionary claims at the same time.
